At CAIM, we stand behind our products and want every customer to feel confident when placing a first order. This Refund Policy explains the terms of our satisfaction guarantee, return eligibility, and refund limitations.

Our products are manufactured in France and shipped from the United States, specifically from Michigan.

1. 365-Day Risk-Free Guarantee on First Order

Your first order only is covered by our 365-day risk-free guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first order for any reason, you may request a refund within 365 days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to the terms of this Refund Policy.

This guarantee is intended to allow new customers to try our products with confidence. It does not create a right to repeated refunds, free product use, or refunds outside the scope of this policy.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 365-day guarantee:

  • the request must be submitted within 365 days after the order is marked delivered;
  • the order must be your first purchase with CAIM;
  • only one refund may be granted per customer, household, payment method, shipping address, or account, at our sole discretion;
  • the order must have been placed directly through our official website and not through an unauthorized third-party marketplace or reseller, unless we expressly state otherwise.

3. Product Condition

Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, opened or partially used items may still qualify for a refund on a first order. However, refund approval remains subject to review.

We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

  • multiple units were fully consumed in a manner inconsistent with a genuine first-order trial;
  • the purchase volume was excessive, bulk-oriented, or inconsistent with personal use;
  • the request appears abusive, fraudulent, or commercially motivated;
  • the customer has previously received refunds under related accounts, addresses, cards, or identities.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Exclusions

Except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing, the following are not eligible for refund:

  • orders after the first purchase;
  • recurring subscription renewal orders;
  • gift cards;
  • final sale items, clearance items, or promotional items marked non-refundable;
  • orders obtained through unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, or unapproved channels;
  • shipping charges, handling charges, route protection fees, customs duties, taxes, or similar fees, unless required by law.

5. Shipping Costs and Return Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we expressly state otherwise in a promotion. If we require a return of product as a condition of a refund, return shipping costs may be your responsibility and may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.

In many cases, we may choose not to require a physical return. A decision not to require a return in one case does not obligate us to waive return requirements in future cases.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@caimdaily.com and include:

  • your full name;
  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • a brief explanation of your request;
  • if requested, photos or other supporting information relevant to the order.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay review or result in denial of the request.

7. Review and Approval Process

We aim to review refund requests within 1 to 3 business days, but review times may vary depending on request volume, fraud screening, holidays, chargeback activity, or the need for additional information.

Approval of any refund request is made in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law and this policy.

8. Refund Method and Timing

If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days, or longer depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, for the refund to appear.

We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment networks after a refund is submitted.

9. Subscription Orders

If you enrolled in a subscription program, the 365-day guarantee applies only to your initial qualifying order. Recurring subscription renewals, refill orders, or subsequent shipments are not eligible for refund unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us.

You are responsible for canceling a subscription before the next billing date if you do not wish to receive future shipments.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we may attempt to resolve the matter. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to challenge the dispute with documentation, suspend further service, limit future orders, and deny duplicate refund requests related to the same transaction.

11. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we believe, in our sole discretion, involves abuse of this policy, excessive claims activity, coordinated refund behavior, account manipulation, or suspicious or fraudulent conduct.

To protect our business and customers, we may consider order history, household history, shipping address history, payment method history, device signals, and similar indicators when evaluating refund eligibility.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly and no later than 7 days after delivery. We may request photographs, lot information, packaging details, or additional information before determining the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

13. Policy Changes

We may modify this Refund Policy at any time by posting an updated version on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
