This Cancellation & Subscription Policy explains how recurring orders, subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, account changes, and subscription-related refunds are handled for products purchased through dailycaim.com.
By selecting a subscription offer, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Overview
Certain products may be offered through a subscription program. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Caim Health LLC ("CAIM," "we," "us," or "our") to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring basis according to the frequency chosen at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Subscription products are fulfilled from the United States, specifically from Michigan.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the applicable renewal cutoff. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that recurring charges will be applied to your payment method without additional authorization for each renewal, to the extent permitted by law.
3. Billing Frequency
The billing frequency, renewal timing, shipment cadence, discount structure, and subscription terms shown at checkout will apply to your order unless later modified by you or by us in accordance with this policy.
We reserve the right to adjust billing dates to account for weekends, holidays, failed payment retries, inventory alignment, shipping constraints, or operational needs.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You may generally manage your subscription through your customer account and any linked subscription management portal made available by us. Depending on the tools available at the time, you may be able to:
- cancel your subscription;
- pause your subscription;
- skip a shipment;
- change your next shipment date;
- update your shipping address;
- update your payment method;
- modify delivery frequency or product selection.
Availability of specific subscription management features may vary by product, promotion, software provider, or account status.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal is processed. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing time.
If a subscription renewal has already been billed, processed, packed, or shipped, that order may no longer be canceled.
If you experience trouble canceling through your account, you may contact us at support@caimdaily.com. However, support requests do not guarantee cancellation unless received and processed before the renewal cutoff.
6. Subscription Changes Requested by Customer
We will make reasonable efforts to honor requested changes to address, frequency, product selection, or billing details if submitted before processing begins. Once a subscription order enters processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation, requested changes may no longer be possible.
7. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge using the payment method on file, send reminder notifications, or pause the subscription pending updated billing information. We reserve the right to suspend, delay, or terminate subscriptions with unresolved payment issues.
8. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, shipping rates, discount structures, bundled offers, and related subscription terms at any time, to the extent permitted by law. If required by law, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect for future renewals.
9. Promotional Subscription Offers
Introductory pricing, trial offers, discount codes, gifts, and limited-time subscription promotions may apply only to an initial order or limited renewal period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional pricing does not guarantee the same pricing for future renewals.
10. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Refund Policy. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise:
- the 365-day guarantee applies only to your first qualifying order;
- recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for refund;
- orders that have already been processed or shipped are not cancelable and may not be refundable.
11. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for monitoring your subscription status, billing dates, shipping address, product selections, and payment method. We are not responsible for charges or shipments resulting from your failure to cancel, update, or manage your subscription before the renewal cutoff.
12. Right to Refuse, Suspend, or Terminate
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, modify, or terminate any subscription or customer account for reasons including suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, repeated chargebacks, policy violations, inventory limitations, pricing errors, reseller behavior, or other business, legal, or operational concerns.
13. No Guaranteed Product Availability
Subscription enrollment does not guarantee perpetual product availability. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed, restricted, reformulated, or affected by inventory constraints, we may cancel, delay, substitute, or modify future subscription shipments at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
