This Shipping Policy explains how Caim Health LLC ("CAIM," "we," "us," or "our") processes, fulfills, and ships orders placed through dailycaim.com.
Our products are manufactured in France and fulfilled for U.S. customers from the United States, specifically from Michigan.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the United States, specifically from Michigan. We do not currently promise shipment from any other warehouse unless expressly stated on the website at the time of purchase.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may require additional review time for billing verification, fraud screening, address confirmation, inventory checks, peak demand, severe weather, operational constraints, or carrier disruptions.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is generally 2 to 3 business days for eligible destinations. Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather, courier capacity, incorrect address details, access limitations, holidays, customs procedures where applicable, and other events outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates, promotional free shipping thresholds, expedited options, and any handling charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to change shipping rates and promotional thresholds at any time without prior notice.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will generally send shipping confirmation and tracking information to the email address provided at checkout, when such tracking is available.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and review any shipping notices sent to you.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incomplete, invalid, outdated, or incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned due to address issues, failed delivery, or refusal by the recipient, we may, at our discretion:
- charge additional shipping or handling fees to resend the order;
- deduct original shipping and return fees from any refund where permitted by law;
- cancel the order if re-delivery is not feasible.
7. Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, public health events, customs delays, acts of government, supply chain interruptions, fraud checks, system failures, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping performance is largely controlled by the carrier. If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss after delivery, or delivery to an unsafe or unsecured location.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly at support@caimdaily.com. We may, in our sole discretion, assist you in opening a carrier claim or investigating the issue, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement in every case.
9. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please retain the package, all contents, and all packing materials, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs, order details, and supporting information before determining an appropriate resolution.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, we may treat the package as undeliverable. In such cases, original shipping charges, return fees, and handling costs may be non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund or store credit where allowed by law.
11. Subscription Orders
If you purchase products through a subscription program, each recurring order will be processed and shipped according to your selected billing and delivery schedule. Subscription orders that have already been billed, processed, or prepared for shipment may not be modified or canceled.
12. International Orders
If we accept orders outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, restrictions, local compliance requirements, or delivery issues arising in the destination country, unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.
13. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon our transfer of the order to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
